Consumers' Auto Detective?

Ken Klein is the Consumer Auto Detective.

He has over thirty-nine years of experience in the automotive repair industry.  He has been highly involved in the betterment of the industry for the consumer with high profile involvement in state and local shop associations.  He is certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).  His past involvement with the Inter Industry Conference on Auto Repair (ICAR) includes local grass roots, state and national participation. He has instructed and performed seminars to repair shops and technicians and insurance estimators.  He has filled all positions in the collision shop from apprentice to technician to management and owner of a collision repair shop.

He has given expert witness testimony in Federal and local courts concerning improper repairs on behalf of consumers.

Mr. Klein has appeared on Fox Chicago News at 9:00 pm demonstrating his expertise in collision damaged and repaired vehicles and assisting Consumers with collision repair problems, most recently, February 26, 2008.
