INSPECTIONS *

    PRE-PURCHASE                                

This service is to insure that your potential purchase does not have prior collision damage, no written report accompanies this inspection.            

    POST-PURCHASE                           

If you have already purchased a new or used vehicle and you suspect that it has prior collision damage, this inspection is a non intrusive and includes a test drive of your vehicle. This inspection includes a comprehensive report that includes photos and value.

    POST-REPAIR SAFETY                    

This service is available if you are experiencing problems with the repairs done on your vehicle when shops give concessions and/or discounts to receive work that may lead to poor quality repairs. Includes identifying remaining damage, review and analyze insurance and shop estimates/invoices and provide paperwork to achieve proper re-repairs.      

    DIMINISHED VALUE                       

This service will establish Inherent and Repair related Diminished Value, Potential Fraud and Safety Related issues. Suggested letters for the consumer for collection.

 

 

    COLLISION REPAIR MONITORING   

This service will reinforce the actual damages to your vehicle and will help you to achieve proper repairs. Insurers use their partner shops and appraisers to control the cost of repairs. However, we find that insurance estimates are 40 – 60% less than what the actual repairs should be. We will inspect the vehicle on your behalf to secure proper repairs. Comprehensive inspection within 50 miles of our office before the repairs begin and analyze insurance and shop estimates, provide paperwork to achieve proper repair.

    TOTAL LOSS ASSISTANCE    

This service is available if you feel the insurer is under evaluating your total loss settlement. Included is a review of the insurance company estimate and total loss evaluation (ADP, CCC or equivalent) including a true evaluation of your vehicle.

    APPRAISAL PROCESS   

This service is designed to give you the ability to challenge the settlement set forth by your insurer, for the repair process or if the vehicle has been deemed a total loss, as provided by your policy. The fee allows for an inspection within 50 miles of our office, selecting an umpire, meeting with opposing appraiser and submitting the proper paperwork.
